What is your standard turnaround time?

For most property videos and photography packages, we aim to deliver the final edited content within 24-48 hours after the shoot. Larger projects or those requiring complex post-production may take slightly longer, which we will discuss during the booking process.

Which areas of Melbourne do you service?

Accepted Answer

We service all of Melbourne and regional Victoria. While our primary focus is metropolitan Melbourne, we frequently travel for projects. Travel fees may apply for locations significantly outside the metro area.

Question 3

What happens if it rains on the scheduled shoot day?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the weather closely. If conditions are unsuitable for filming (heavy rain or strong winds, especially for drone work), we will work with you to reschedule the shoot to the next available slot at no extra cost. Cloudy days are often fine for interior work and can even provide soft, flattering light.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

It's not strictly required, but we recommend having an agent or homeowner present to grant access and ensure the property is presented exactly how you want it. If you can't be there, we can arrange access via lockbox or key collection.

Can I request changes to the video edits?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We include one round of revisions in our standard packages to ensure you're happy with the result. Additional major revisions or changes to the brief after filming may incur an extra fee.
